Wine Tasting Tour

Our wine tasting tour including three nights accommodation with us at Quinta dos Três Rios.

Day One

Arrival at the Quinta, a light lunch and a look at local winemaking in the village of Parada de Gonta. Time to relax and then an evening meal with us.

Day Two

The Dão wine tour. Visit two or three vineyards in the morning with lunch at the restaurant at Quinta de Cabriz. Visit a very traditional vineyard in the afternoon. Dinner with us.

Day Three

Visit the Douro region. Two vineyards in the morning and a traditional Portuguese lunch in Favious. Visit a further vineyard in the afternoon and then back to dinner at the Quinta.

Day Four

Depart after breakfast.

The dinner at Quinta dos Três Rios is three courses and includes wine. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés with port at the end of the dinner are also included in the package. Specials for vegetarians are also available.

The use of your own car is required. For a group of 8 people, a people carrier can be hired at cost plus fuel.

Price per couple is 700€, April 1^st to September 30^th 2008, and includes a double suite, breakfast, all other meals and all taxes. Further nights stay can be purchased at a rate of 90€ per day, per couple, on a B&B basis. Winter tours are available at reduced rates; please enquire for prices.
